**SHIPPING POLICY- During the hotter months (MAY-SEPTEMBER), I will only be shipping via UPS or USPS EXPRESS OVERNIGHT, (TO BE PAID BY CLIENT). I will include ice packs at no additional charge to prevent any melting during shipping. Please make sure someone will be at the shipping destination to receive the package once it arrives. I cannot be held responsible for packages left out in the heat all day. I do my best with precautionary measures, but once the package is delivered it is your responsibility to store accordingly.
**LIABILITY** Custom Favorz by Sharon will not be held responsible for any acts of nature or other forces beyond his/her control that may affect the delivery and/or quality of the services described in this contract, nor are we responsible for drops, falls, or any other mishaps after the cake and products leave our hands. Cake and perishables must be kept refrigerated up until at least an hour before event and/or setup. ***Disco dust, luster dust, petal dust, pixie dust, etc. is intended for decoration purposes. It is a non-toxic product and should be removed prior to consumption***
