Our backdrops will set the scene for your event. They are printed on 14oz. heavy duty vinyl and shipped right to your doorstep. Follow the easy steps below for your custom banner or backdrop. ______________________________________________________________________

Choose your size from the drop down menu, then choose your hanging option as referenced in the description above. ***IF YOU CHOOSE "DIGITAL - YOU PRINT YOURSELF", YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PRINTING YOURSELF. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING BY MAIL. THE FILE WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL***
***Submit: Your information into the provided personalization box when placing your order. You may add: Name: Age: Salutation: Any other information you wish to have displayed on your banner. Please provide an event date as well. This ensures your banner will arrive on time.
Shipping time: Is typically 5-7 business days. However, I do offer rush services if you need your banner sooner than said time. You may check the upgrade section in my shoppe for pricing or inquire before placing your order.
Photo: If your design requires a photo, please upload your HIGH RESOLUTION photo via the provided box. Please do not crop or edit your photo before sending. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $5 TO ADD PICTURE (CLICK LINK BELOW TO PURCHASE)
***Review: Once, I receive all information I will create your proof within 2-3 business days. Please, take time to review the design for errors. I will copy/paste from your original note so please make sure everything is correct when submitting. Once, you've reviewed and everything seems correct you are all set. We will do the printing and get back to you with tracking number within 2 business days.
YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE ONE TEXT/INFO REVISION. If you notice any other error after you've already received a revision, you will need to pay for any extra revisions.

I ordered a cookie monster banner for daughter babyshower that was surpose to be printed. I ordered on 6-1-24. A couple days later I inquired about my order it wasn't processed. Then when I went back on the site I see it says complete instead of sending me a printed copy I was told she sent me a digital file. Never received the email even though I said printed so she sent the file in the message portal that we was texting on to tell me to download it. Then she had the nerve to insult me to say if I didn't know what a digital file is I should have asked. I'm well educated with my degree she just didn't do what she was surpose to do and if I was getting a file that takes minutes to get why did I just receive it on the 10. Please becareful ordering with them. I would have put the messages in the review but I guess she deleted or blocked it
Client ordered the digital version of the banner. She clearly chose (DIGITAL-YOU PRINT YOURSELF) option from the drop down menu. Client failed to read or she just didn't understand what digital meant. The client received her CUSTOM DIGITAL file within the time frame listed on the website. Again, she fail to read the turnaround time for custom digital products. I explained to her that it is a digital file and nothing is shipped with digital and the file is sent via email, which when client inquired, had already been sent 5 days ago. She went on to say she didn't order digital instead of acknowledging her mistake. In return I sent the invoice and order confirmation showing she ordered a digital file for $40, not a physically printed backdrop that I would ship to her. I sent client the file 3 times via email again and finally sent it via our messenger conversation. Before closing client used nasty profanity, when I was a cordial and professional as possible, considering trying to explain what a digital file is and that SHE indeed ordered this. I did block client, as I do not tolerate this type of disrespect. I can only suggest to read throughly and if you have questions, please to do not hesitate to ask.
